Consumers may file a complaint against an insurance company with the Massachusetts Division of Insurance (DOI).
This process may be used to file complaints related to all types of commercial insurance matters, including provider directory
inaccuracies or provider network access issues. The DOI's Consumer Service Unit may be reached by telephone at 617-521-7794,
by e-mail at csscomplaints@mass.gov, or online through their web page
at https://www.mass.gov/how-to/filing-an-insurance-complaint.
Behavioral health services are provided by Carelon Health Options. You can visit them online at www.carelonbehavioralhealth.com.
You may also ask for assistance from your PCP.
