Fallon Health names Dinah Olanoff to key leadership position within its Massachusetts PACE program

Elevated role to focus on PACE growth and expansion efforts.

Worcester, Mass., February 8, 2024 ― Fallon Health is pleased to announce Dinah Olanoff is taking on a key leadership position within its Massachusetts Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), locally called Summit ElderCare®. Olanoff has been named Director of PACE Growth and Engagement. Her previous title was Senior Business Consultant for PACE Strategy.

In her expanded role, Olanoff will support program growth by assuming leadership of the Summit ElderCare Outreach Account Executive Team, which works to educate the community about program value and benefits. She will also continue her responsibilities of identifying creative partnerships for the Summit ElderCare program while exploring opportunities for Fallon Health to further expand access to PACE, both in Massachusetts and beyond.

PACE is a nationally recognized program and model of care that allows people to live independently in their homes and communities instead of a nursing home, while providing a better quality of life with dedicated caregivers, transportation, full medical care, and opportunities for socialization. PACE helps older adults avoid isolation and live full lives with all their care needs met.

Backed by nearly 30 years’ experience in PACE, Fallon Health has grown its Summit ElderCare program to today include five PACE Centers serving 10 counties across the Commonwealth. It is the largest PACE program in New England and among the top 10 largest in the country. Fallon Health also operates a program in Western New York called Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE which serves eligible individuals in Erie and Niagara counties.
