Fallon Health named Best Customer Service in Central Massachusetts

Worcester, Mass., December 13, 2019― Fallon Health has been named by the Worcester Telegram & Gazette as having the Best Customer Service in Central Massachusetts. 

The annual award is given to “celebrate and recognize the best our community has to offer” and highlights Fallon’s commitment to its members.

Winners were determined by the Telegram and Gazette’s readers during voting from September 1 through September 30.  

The award was formally presented to Fallon on Thursday, November 21 during the Best of Central Mass Readers’ Choice Awards at the DCU Center in Worcester.
