As Fallon Health’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Jill Green Lebow leads the creation and execution of Human Resources strategies that support Fallon Health’s workforce and mission. She is responsible for the functional areas of talent acquisition, talent management, and total rewards and ensures that human resources programs and services are aligned to attract, engage, and develop the talent necessary for Fallon Health to meet the growing, diverse, and evolving needs of the organization and of the members it serves.
Jill joined Fallon in 2008 as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this consultative and proactive role, she advised senior leaders, managers, and employees in areas such as organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, retention, and employee development. She also served as Fallon’s Director of Employee Relations and Staffing.
In addition to her contributions to Fallon Health, Jill was a Human Resources Business Partner at The Hanover Insurance Group and worked in employee relations at Abbvie.
Jill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from the University of Connecticut and her Juris Doctor from University of Connecticut School of Law.
