Todd Bailey is Fallon Health’s Chief Financial Officer and Interim President and CEO. Todd re-joined the organization in 2019, assuming the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, his responsibilities include overseeing Fallon Health’s accounting, financial planning, actuarial, medical economics, provider network development, and revenue accuracy functions. In January 2024, Fallon Health’s Board of Directors appointed him to also serve as Interim President and CEO. He will serve in both capacities until Manny Lopes joins Fallon Health as President and CEO beginning July 1, 2024.
Todd’s valuable experience at Fallon included Finance leadership roles and leading the Senior Care Services division. His discipline and foresight have resulted in important decisions that have been crucial to the future of Fallon Health. Todd’s leadership has played a key role in Fallon Health’s strategic decision to become a Government Programs organization. He will continue to apply his more than 30 years’ experience in the health insurance and health care fields to drive strategic decisions and investments in support of members’ care, the workforce, and the community.
Prior to Fallon Health, Todd worked for Health Plans, Inc. where he led finance, information technology, care management, compliance, and regulatory functions as Senior Vice President.
Todd received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fitchburg State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University.
