Medication and pharmacy coverage

Fallon 365 Care covers prescription medications and some over-the-counter drugs with a prescription. Most members will pay either $1 or $3.65 for each prescription, depending on the type of prescription. You can fill prescriptions at thousands of pharmacies, including CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Wal-Mart and many others.

Teledoc

Speak with a doctor via phone, video or mobile device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Receive treatment for non-emergency health issues like cold and flu symptoms, respiratory and sinus infections and skin problems. Go to Teladoc.

Care Connect

24 hour, 7 days a week access to nurses who can answer health questions. They can also help you decide if you should go to the emergency room. Call Care Connect at 1-800-609-6175 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-848-0160).
