Fallon Health appoints James Gentile as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer
Worcester, Mass., October 20, 2016 — Fallon Health, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to announce its recent appointment of James Gentile, J.D. as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer.
Gentile has more than 19 years of experience in health care compliance, regulatory oversight, management and operations. Most recently, he served as Fallon’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & Compliance and played a significant role in helping to guide Fallon’s commercial program through unprecedented regulatory changes, including Massachusetts Health Care Reform and the Affordable Care Act.
As Fallon’s Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, Gentile will oversee all regulatory, privacy and compliance matters as well as internal audit for the organization.
Prior to joining Fallon, Gentile was with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. He also was Chief Claims Administrator at Allmerica Financial.
Gentile graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts in economics from Saint Anselm College and earned a Juris Doctor at Massachusetts School of Law. He serves on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Project of Worcester.
Gentile resides in Holden, Mass.
