Fallon Health announces Mark Mosby as Chief Legal Counsel

Worcester, Mass., December 10, 2015― Fallon Health, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to announce its recent selection of Mark Mosby as Chief Legal Counsel. 

Mosby brings more than 20 years of health law experience in support of health plans and health benefit organizations to Fallon. An attorney with Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. (EBG), Mosby provides counseling and representation for Fallon while also managing EBG’s legal work for the organization. 

Prior to joining EBG, Mosby served as Deputy General Counsel of a large provider-sponsored health plan, where he was responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the legal department and for providing legal support to the company's compliance, government programs, health management, special investigations unit and pharmacy programs. Before that, he served as an attorney for both a group life and disability insurance company and a dental plan administrator. Mosby also served for more than 10 years as director and associate counsel, overseeing the regulatory division at a national health benefits management company and national provider network. 

Mosby holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctorate from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
