Eric C. Hall, Senior Vice President, Provider Management, Strategy and Engagement

Eric C. Hall is the Senior Vice President of Provider Management, Strategy and Engagement at Fallon Health. He leads efforts to develop and support innovative provider partnerships, managing the total, statewide Fallon commercial provider network of more than 66 hospitals, 30,000 physicians and 4,000 ancillary providers, in addition to its statewide Medicare and Duel Eligible (SCO) networks as well as its Medicaid network. He is also responsible for managing the business relationship for Fallon’s sub-network vendors such as the prescription pharmacy benefits manager, the behavioral health and chiropractic networks and national PPO network.

Hall has more than 28 years of experience in the managed care industry and previously held the position of Vice President of Network Development and Management. Hall has played a major role in significantly growing the health plan’s commercial and government product networks, while also strengthening its relationships with the provider community.

Prior to Fallon, Hall worked as an Underwriting Manager then as Director of Contracting at Tufts Health Plan. He also worked at Mercer Consulting and Allmerica Financial.

A resident of Lancaster, Mass., Hall graduated cum laude from Framingham State College with a bachelor’s degree in economics.  Hall serves on the Board of Directors for South Lancaster Academy.
