Wellness program at HC gets a boost

WORCESTER — Melissa Cutroni's Friday workday at the College of the Holy Cross starts at 7 a.m., with a mile-and-a-quarter run around the track, followed by another mile-and-a-quarter walk up and down a campus that isn't known as The Hill for nothing.
"Walking up hills is very invigorating — after you catch your breath and thank God you didn't pass out on the way up," said Ms. Cutroni, 43, of Charlton, with a laugh.
