Teledoc gives you 24-hour access, 7 days a week to a U.S. board-certified doctor who can treat non-emergency health issues like cold and flu symptoms, respiratory and sinus infections, skin problems, urinary tract infections and pink eye.

Healthy Health Plan  
The Healthy Health Plan is a web-based program designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. You will receive a $10 gift card when you fill out your health assessment on the Healthy Health Plan website.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services -
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, administers the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Their site provides answers to common questions and information about important legislation.

Medicare -
You can call Medicare at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048.

Social Security Administration -
You may be eligible for extra help with your Medicare prescription drug coverage. Call Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY: 1-800-325-0778) between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Massachusetts’ largest online resource of elder services, programs and information, including information about the state’s SHINE program (Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone, a program that provides free and unbiased information to Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers about Medicare, Medicaid and prescription assistance), local Councils on Aging and more.

Fallon Senior Plan members get coverage for hearing aids through our partner, Amplifon.

Fallon Health is an HMO/HMO-POS plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Fallon Health depends on contract renewal. This information is not a complete description of benefits. Contact the plan for more information. Limitations, copayments, and restrictions may apply. Benefits may change on January 1 of each year.
