Start by searching for career opportunities that interests you. Search by keyword, category and location.

Applying for positions

After you find a job listing that you'd like to apply for, click "Apply for this job online." You'll be asked to create a profile, where you'll be able to submit your resume and application to us online.

Don't see a job you're interested in? Create a profile, and we'll store your resume in our files. By creating a profile, you'll come up in our searches as a candidate for future positions.

What happens next?

Acknowledgement

Everyone that completes our online apply process receives a courtesy acknowledgment. This email is not only an important thank you note for taking time to apply, but it also advises you we have received your information and you are officially in our system. There is no need to follow-up with HR to verify further.

Review of qualifications

Your information is reviewed by members of our recruitment team. If we find your background to be a potential fit, you will be contacted by someone from our team so we can learn more about you and tell you more about the position(s).

Our recruiter will then review your background with the hiring manager to talk about next steps.

Interviewing

If you have been selected to interview with Fallon Health in person, the recruitment team will work closely with you to coordinate and confirm your visit.  

Interviews will generally include meeting with:

  • The hiring manager
  • Other key department members
  • A Fallon Health Human Resources representative

Depending on the position(s) your are interviewing for, there could be a need to come back to Fallon Health for addition interviews.

Hiring decisions and keeping in touch

There are many factors involved in hiring the best candidate for the job. We may be interviewing other candidates. We'll need to do reference and background checks, as well as discuss how the interviews went.

We will work diligently to move things along and give you a decision as soon as possible. We appreciate your time and patience. Please feel free to keep in close touch with your recruiter by email or phone.
