At Fallon Health, we value employees who challenge themselves to keep developing their skills and talents. We encourage our employees to learn and grow for their professional as well as personal benefit, and we support them with tuition reimbursement, on-site seminars and training workshops. We also empower our people to excel by acknowledging their accomplishments through our various recognition and award programs.

Continued growth begins your very first day at Fallon. We start our new employees on the path to knowledge with a new hire orientation program which introduces our company and its products, as well as our mission and values.

New employee orientation

When you begin at Fallon, you'll go through an orientation that's designed to help you transition to your new job smoothly. You'll learn about Fallon's structure, culture and vision, and you'll also get practical information like where to find the nearest ATM.

Leadership development 

Growing strong leadership is a key metric at Fallon Health. To support our leaders’ development, we have created several programs designed to equip our leaders with the knowledge and skills to coach teams and achieve results from the teams they manage. Programs include:

As you advance in your career at Fallon Health, you'll want to develop a strong foundation of knowledge and skills related to your position. We provide an easy way to gain that knowledge through our on-site seminars and workshops.

Know the Business You’re In

Knowing the ins and outs of the managed care industry helps us to do our jobs better. Our one-hour "Know the Business You're In" sessions are held monthly and are presented by experts within Fallon Health.

The University

The University, our online training application, contains over 400 hours of self-paced training open to all employees. With classes on learning and mastering the Microsoft Office products to running an effective meeting to finance to project management, employees have the opportunity to add to their skills by taking these classes.

On-site learning

Partnering with local universities, we provide opportunities for our employees to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Business after hours at our Chestnut location.

Employee recognition

Our recognition programs celebrate our talented employees who consistently reflect the standards set by our mission, values and vision.

Our programs include biannual awards given to individuals and teams demonstrating extraordinary accountability, innovation, teamwork and customer-focus. Shout Out and High5 on-the-spot awards can be given by employees to their coworkers at any time during the year.
