FCHP supports organizations that promote health care and social services across our service area through our Community Benefits Program.
The FCHP Community Benefits Program mission
We are committed to making our communities healthy. Since 1977, FCHP has worked to improve the quality of life and the health status of individuals by offering access to high-quality, affordable medical care and service.
FCHP will work cooperatively with health care and community service organizations, as well as state and federal agencies, to lead the creation of innovative health care solutions, to seek healthy outcomes and to improve access to health care services. FCHP will make resources available to community organizations as appropriate in pursuit of these goals.
This year, FCHP will distribute a limited number of grants to eligible organizations to support new or existing programs in the following years:
- Preventive health and social services for children in the first three years of life
- Programs that promote opportunities for at-risk youth between the ages of 12 to 19
