Fallon Community Health Plan appoints Kathleen M. Bien to Director of Provider Relations
Worcester, Mass., June 10, 2008― Fallon Community Health Plan, a nationally recognized health care services organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathleen M. Bien to Director of Provider Relations. In this position, Bien will be responsible for maintaining positive and productive relationships with network providers to ensure they are meeting service standards, as well as overseeing all communication to providers and the provider appeals process.
Most recently, Bien served as a Contract Manager in Network Development and Contracting at FCHP. Before coming to FCHP, she worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as a Senior Regional Business Consultant.
Bien is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She also received a master’s degree in business administration from Assumption College.
Bien resides in Millbury, Mass., with her husband and two sons.
