Mary Ritter came to Fallon Community Health Plan in 2004 to lead the strategic planning process for the organization.  In her current role as Vice President, Ritter oversees the development and implementation of the long-term strategy and key initiatives that are leading FCHP to achieve significant membership growth and diversification.

Prior to joining FCHP, Ritter spent 15 years at Hanover Insurance, where she held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Regional Operations and Chief of Staff. At Hanover, she led the organization’s efforts to expand in key markets and improve operational performance.

Ritter is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where she received a bachelor's degree in business administration. Active in her community, she presently is on the board of the Greater Worcester Community Foundation and serves on its Marketing Committee. She is a trustee of the Gale Free Library in Holden and the Worcester State Foundation.
