Anne Doyle, Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer
Anne Doyle joined Fallon Community Health Plan in 2007, having previously served as Director of Public Policy, Government Affairs and Compliance at Tufts Health Plan. During her tenure at Tufts, Doyle served in a variety of executive positions, including Compliance and Privacy Officer. She previously served as Director of Managed Care at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, where she also led the state-wide replication of the PACE program in Massachusetts, including the first site at FCHP.
As Chief Compliance Officer at FCHP, Doyle is responsible for the oversight of all enterprise risk management, corporate compliance, internal audit and privacy activities, as well as regulatory affairs and physician payment policies.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University. She was a Fulbright Scholar in Sweden.
Doyle currently serves on the board of the Meyers Primary Care Institute. She previously served on the national board of the Health Care Compliance Association and was co-chair of the Massachusetts Health Data Consortium Privacy Forum. She is graduate and fellow of the America’s Health Insurance Plans Executive Leadership Program.
She sits on the Executive Committee and serves as Vice Chair of the board of a national cancer research foundation, the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation, and captains a 50-person team in the Pan Mass Challenge cycling fund-raiser for cancer.
