Informational meetings

At our informational meetings, you’ll get the most up-to-date information about Fallon Senior Plan, including eligibility, benefits, copayments and premiums. A sales representative will be there to answer your questions and guide you through the enrollment process. We hold our group meetings at local restaturants, senior centers, and other convenient locations within our service areas in Massachusetts.

One-on-one informational sessions

If you would prefer to speak with us one-on-one, we can do that too. Call us at 1-888-340-5504 (TDD/TTY: 1-877-608-7677), 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week to schedule a session with a Fallon Senior Plan representative.

At all sessions, a sales representative will be present with information and applications. The person that will be discussing plan options with you is either employed by or contracted with Fallon Community Health Plan. The person may be compensated based on your enrollment in a plan.
