With a choice of two FCHP plans, you not only get to choose a level of coverage that fits your needs, you also get to choose your network of doctors and hospitals. No matter which FCHP plan you choose, you’ll get:

• $0 routine physical exams and well-child visits
• Up to $600 reimbursement ($600 for two-person or family contract/$300 for individual contract) for fitness center memberships and school and town sports programs
• Yearly eye exams and discounts on eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Comprehensive dental benefits for the whole family
• Prescription coverage around the country
• Emergency care around the world
• Chiropractic services coverage
• A variety of health education and wellness programs, such as smoking cessation and more!
  

Network

Our network continues to grow across the Commonwealth! We’ve recently expanded our Direct Care and our Select Care service areas.

• The FCHP Direct Care network offers high-quality care through FCHP’s tailored network of area doctors and hospitals that you know and trust. Here are just a few of the providers and facilities available through the Direct Care network:

• The FCHP Select Care network features more than 17,000 providers and more than 50 hospitals throughout Massachusetts. In addition to the doctors and facilities available through the Direct Care network, the Select Care network also includes:
  • Anna Jacques Hospital
  • Lahey Clinic
  • Merrimack Valley Hospital
  • Atrius Health: Southboro Medical Group, South Shore Medical Center, Dedham Medical Associates, Granite Medical and Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates (pending credentialing of new providers)
