• It Fits! fitness reimbursement program 
  Get up to $400 to use toward gym memberships, town and school sports leagues, Weight Watchers, and other healthy activities. (Not available to FCHP MassHealth members.)

  A health and wellness program for birth and baby that offers free prenatal vitamins, a free car seat or breast pump, and other “little extras” for expectant parents.
  
  
• Quit to Win—FCHP's tobacco treatment program
  Quit smoking with individualized stop-smoking plans, support meetings and telephone counseling.
  
  
• Naturally Well (alternative and complementary health care discounts)
  Discounts on acupuncture, chiropractic care and massage therapy.
