It Fits! fitness reimbursement program

FCHP’s It Fits! is a fitness reimbursement program which gives families up to $300* per family contract ($150 for individual contracts) to use toward gym memberships, Pilates and yoga classes, Weight Watchers^® programs, and a variety of other healthy activities.

To encourage fitness for the whole family, we have expanded our list of eligible activities to include school and town sports leagues and programs.

Why should I take advantage of It Fits!?

The U.S. Surgeon General’s Report on Physical Activity and Health** states that regular physical activity can protect against diseases such as cancer, heart disease and high blood pressure as well as contribute to healthy bones, muscles, joints and improved mental health.

With It Fits!, kids and adults alike can develop a healthy lifestyle that includes physical activity…and save money doing it!

What is eligible for reimbursement?

• Gym and health club memberships
• School sports leagues and athletic user fees
• Town sports leagues
• Sports camps
• Yoga, pilates, and aerobics classes (when taught by a certified instructor)
• Weight Watchers programs

What can’t be reimbursed?

Reimbursement is not available for pool-only facilities (unless as part of an instructional swim program), social clubs, equipment, uniforms, greens fees, transportation, association memberships, lodging, meals, fitness clothing and vitamins.

How do I get reimbursed?

To be eligible for It Fits! reimbursement, you must be an FCHP member enrolled in an eligible FCHP product and belong to an eligible health club or health activity.

For health club memberships:

To collect reimbursement, please submit the following to FCHP:

1. Reimbursement form - completed and signed by subscriber.
2. Copy of health club contract or agreement showing: date of contract and member(s) enrolled in the contract/agreement.
3. Dated, original receipts from health club or copies of bank/credit statements (if paid by electronic funds transfer) showing:
   • Member’s name
   • Individual charges for health club membership
   • Note: receipts will not be returned to the submitting party
4. Mail these materials to:

For Weight Watchers:

For Weight Watchers, FCHP members can choose to receive a set of coupons for a 12-consecutive-week program. One set of coupons will reduce your It Fits! balance by $100.
Request your Weight Watchers^® coupons online.

1. Reimbursement form – completed and signed by subscriber.
2. A dated, original receipt from Weight Watchers^® showing member's name.
3. Mail these materials to:

For school and town leagues and programs:

To collect reimbursement, please submit the following to FCHP:

1. Reimbursement form – completed and signed by subscriber.
2. Copy of registration or enrollment form and member(s) enrolled in the activity. 
3. Dated, original receipts from program or copies of bank/credit statements (if paid by electronic funds transfer) showing:
   • Member’s name
   • Fee for enrollment or registration
   • Name of activity
4. Mail these materials to:
