Dental discounts
Apart from any preventive dental benefits you may receive, members also receive 25% to 50% discount on services from general dentists and a 20% discount on services from dental specialists. (Not available to FCHP MassHealth members.)
Eyewear discounts
FCHP members receive discounts on frames, lenses, contact lens packages and nonprescription sunglasses when purchased at participating optical shops. (Not available to FCHP MassHealth members.)

Fitness reimbursements
Through FCHP's It Fits! program, members receive reimbursement ($400 per family contract/$200 per individual contract) for:
- Health club memberships
- Weight Watchers®
- Local town and school sports programs
- Aerobics, Pilates and yoga classes
