As a Fallon Community Health Plan member, you get more than great health care—you get discounts on products and services to keep you healthy and features you won't find anywhere else.
The features below vary by product, plan design and employer. Dental discounts
Apart from any preventive dental benefits you may receive, members also receive 25% to 50% discount on services from general dentists and a 20% discount on services from dental specialists.
Eyewear discounts
FCHP members receive discounts on frames, lenses, contact lens packages and nonprescription sunglasses when purchased at participating optical shops.

Fitness reimbursements
Through FCHP's It Fits! program, members receive reimbursement ($300 per family contract/$150 per individual contract) for:
- Health club memberships
- Weight Watchers®
- Local town and school sports programs
- Aerobics, Pilates and yoga classes

Through FCHP’s Oh Baby! program, new or expecting parents can receive:

- $40 reimbursement for childbirth classes for new parents ($20 reimbursement for a refresher course)

Prescription mail-order discounts
FCHP members receive a three-month supply of prescription drugs for the cost of two monthly copayments.
Our mail-order pharmacy offers four ways to order prescription refills:
- Online at http://www.pharmacare.com/mailservice/
- By phone: access the automated refill system by calling 800-346-9113 (toll-free)
- By mail: included with each order will be a pre-addressed, postage-paid envelope which can be used to refill or order a new prescription.
- By fax: physicians can fax in new or refill orders to: 800-243-9582

FCHP's Naturally Well program offers you discounts on chiropractic care, acupuncture and massage therapy.
