Members can stay healthy and fit by taking advantage of our health and wellness programs and discounts.*

Wellness programs

• It Fits! reimbursement program
  FCHP offers $400* to use toward gym memberships, town and school sports leagues, Weight Watchers, and other healthy activities.
  
  
• Oh Baby!
  A health and wellness program for birth and baby that offers free prenatal vitamins, a free car seat or breast pump, and other “little extras” for expectant parents.
  
  
• Quit to Win—FCHP's tobacco treatment program
  A smoking cessation program with individualized stop-smoking plans, support meetings and telephone counseling.
  
  
• Naturally Well (alternative and complementary health care discounts)
  Discounts on acupuncture, chiropractic care and massage therapy

Discounts

• Caremark ExtraCare Health Card^® discount
  A new discount program for Direct Care, Select Care, Preferred Care, and Fallon Senior Plan members. Effective January 15, 2010, all eligible members will receive a CVS Caremark ExtraCare Health Card which allows them to receive a 20% discount on certain items at any CVS/pharmacy^® store or online at www.cvs.com.
  
  
• Dental discounts
  Apart from any preventive dental benefits, members also receive 25% to 50% discount on services from general dentists and a 20% discount on services from dental specialists.
  
  
• Eyewear discounts
  FCHP members receive discounts on frames, lenses, contact lens packages and nonprescription sunglasses when purchased at participating optical shops.
  
  
• Fitness center discounts
  In addition to the It Fits! reimbursement, members receive reduced rates on memberships to more than 70 health club facilities in Massachusetts.
  
  
• Prescription mail-order discounts
  FCHP members receive a three-month supply of prescription drugs for the cost of two monthly copayments.
  
• ChooseHealthy^TM
  Discounts on health and wellness products including vitamins and supplements; natural therapies; yoga and fitness equipment; and books, audio and video through their Web site.

  • FCHP Family Fun 2010 - A discount program for FCHP members to local attractions.
  • Appalachian Mountain Club - 20% discount off the cost of an annual membership fee, in addition to discounts on other AMC merchandise
  • Worcester Art Museum - Free WAM tote bag ($25 value) with a two-year membership
