All employers
Fallon Community Health Plan's HMO products—FCHP Direct Care and FCHP Select Care—are available to all employers regardless of the size of their employee base. In addition to comprehensive benefits, these plans offer extra features like dental benefits and discounts for the whole family and our Peace of Mind Program™ for specialty care and second opinions. These plans also offer our It Fits! fitness and Weight Watchers® feature and Oh Baby!, a health and wellness program for expectant parents. And for winter sport enthusiasts, FCHP offers $20 off Passport cards at Wachusett Mountain!

Employers with 51+ eligibles
Employers with more than 50 eligible employees may also want to consider our other commercial products: point-of-service plans, called FCHP Flex Care Direct and FCHP Flex Care Select, and an out-of-area indemnity product, called Major Medical. Employers of this size can also sponsor insurance coverage for their retirees through FCHP's Medicaid and Medicare Advantage product, Fallon Senior Plan™.

Small business owners
Ask about our Premium Saver option for FCHP Direct Care and FCHP Select Care! It lets you pay lower premium rates up front, with only slightly higher copayments for your employees!

Employers with 10 or fewer eligibles
If you have 10 or fewer eligible employees, you can purchase FCHP coverage for your employees through membership with the Small Business Service Bureau (SBSB) or through any FCHP-affiliated Chamber of Commerce or business association.
Members of SBSB, the Massachusetts' Businessman's Association or the Central Massachusetts Employers' Association (CMEA) can contact these organizations directly for a rate quote. Members of an affiliated chamber or other business association may request a rate quote directly from FCHP.
